DojoExpert offers several ways to automate attendance tracking.
Attendance tracking with QR codes
Track attendance by scanning QR codes with your phone or tablet. Print QR code cards directly from the DojoExpert app on your home printer, or email them to your students.
Your students can also access their QR codes in the Student login app.
Find the QR scanning option in the DojoExpert mobile app.
Attendance is recorded in the DojoExpert database as soon as you scan the QR code.
This feature is designed for martial arts schools, but it can also be used in other schools or settings where attendance tracking is needed.

Attendance tracking in kiosk mode (self check-in)
Our mobile app offers a kiosk mode that lets students check in on your tablet as they arrive for class. They can type their name and select it from the suggestions, or enter their UID number (PIN).
Both QR code and kiosk check-in can display a custom welcome message and the amount due, which you can choose to hide. A happy birthday message also appears on a member's birthday.
Manual attendance tracking
If you prefer to track attendance manually, load the member list and check off the members who are present.
This option is available in both our mobile and web apps. It's quick and straightforward.
