Plot members on a map to see where they are located. Your school is marked in blue, active students in green, inactive students in red, unsubscribed students in gray, and instructors in yellow. Find the map in “reports” under the “members” menu. Here is an example:

Updating geolocations
The map shows only members with an address and city in their profile. On first use, it may take some time to find the latitude and longitude of every address in your database. If the screen below appears, follow the instructions and wait for the locations to load. This initial lookup is needed only once.
Resolving issues
If a marker is in the wrong place, check the member's address and city. Adding the correct city, province, or neighborhood can help distinguish streets with the same name. If your school's blue marker is missing, check its address under “settings” - “school info”. For additional dojos, enter the address under “settings” - “dojo”. Invalid addresses may not appear on the map.
We use the Google Maps API to locate addresses. Some locations, especially in rural areas, may not be found or displayed accurately.
