Dojo Login 2 mobile app version 3.4 and later supports online classes with video and other attachments, such as PDFs. On this page, learn how to:

How students can access your online classes
Students can access videos, PDFs, and other attachments in the Dojo Login 2 mobile app. Open "Online classes", tap the attachment icon, and select a file. Since version 3.0, message reads are recorded so you can see who has viewed your classes.
Add classes and control who can see them
When adding a message to "online classes", choose which groups or classes can access it. To add an attachment, open the message and find "Attachments" below the editor. We recommend linking to YouTube or Vimeo videos instead of uploading them directly to our server, as these services offer better playback performance.
Share videos using links
To share videos without listing them publicly on your YouTube channel or Vimeo profile, use link-based sharing. On YouTube, choose "unlisted". Anyone with the link can view the video. Here is how to configure sharing on YouTube and Vimeo:
Ask students to confirm completion of training and give you feedback
In the online class message settings, use the feedback section to add confirmation text, questions, and an optional secret code:
Your students can confirm class completion and answer your questions:
If a confirmation code is set, students must enter it to confirm completion. For example, mention the code in the video so viewers can use it afterward. Monitor reads, confirmations, and feedback in the DojoExpert web app, as shown below.
Transfer to attendance records
You can copy confirmed training sessions to the attendance records for a selected class or group and date. On the completed training page, click the blue button, select a class and date, then click "copy". The attendance page opens with students who completed the training already marked. Review and save the records.
Upgrade from previous workflow
Before Dojo Login 2 version 3.4 introduced "online classes", videos were shared on the message board. To use class confirmations, move the message to online classes: edit it and click the blue "move" button at the bottom. Customize the confirmation and feedback text for each class. Remember to ask your students
to update the app to the latest version by posting a message on the message board.
